Obituary of Douglas Clark Snelgrove

Douglas (“Doug”) Clark Snelgrove was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 18th, 1949. He graduated from Acalanes High School in 1967 in Lafayette, California. Doug moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon, and remained a resident of Eugene for the rest of his life. Doug was an avid golfer, a lover of nature, a loyal fan of Oregon Duck sports, a dedicated father, and a caring friend to many. He passed away unexpectedly on November 7th, 2022 at the age of 73 after attending an Oregon Ducks Women’s basketball game. 

Doug’s memorial will be held on Monday, January 23rd at the Laurelwood golf course (2700 Columbia st. Eugene Oregon) from 4 PM-7 PM. Contact his son Brent at (808)754-7447.
