Obituary of Theo Jack

Theo Jack passed away at the age of 94 on December 17, 2022 in Eugene. There was a private family celebration of life at West Lawn Memorial Park.

Theo was born and raised in Rainier, Oregon to Edward and Ethel Haugeberg. She was married to Lawrence “Larry” Jack, her high school sweetheart, for 54 years. He passed away in 2000. They had four children and both sons; Terry Jack and Ralph Jack proceeded her in death. She is survived by her daughters Mary Clark of Eugene and Bonnie Hoffstot of Creswell along with five grandchildren, nine great children and one great, great grandchild.

Throughout her life she was active in her church, various bible studies, water aerobics, volunteer projects and organizations along with nonprofit activities. She always had a positive and upbeat attitude and was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
