Obituary of Janet Boosinger

Jan was born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on May 15th, 1949 and went to heaven on August 1st, 2022. She went to Coeur d'Alene schools and to North Idaho College. As a young adult, she worked at various jobs in Hawaii, Long Beach, CA and Eugene, OR. She married Steve Boosinger and they later divorced.

Jan loved her beautiful yard, crocheting, reading, Christian music, lunches, movies, concerts with dear friends and most of all, her two sons. She always had a cheerful heart, ready laughter, and deep gratitude for God's blessings on her life. Jan recently said, "I love my life!"

Survived by: sons Joshua Boosinger and Austin Boosinger, mother Bea James, sisters Jerri Owen (Marlin), Carol Glade (Joel) and Kathryn Fisher, as well as nephews and nieces. All who knew her are welcome to attend a Celebration of Life at Musgrove Family Mortuary on Sunday, August 14th at noon (Musgrove Family Mortuary - 225 South Danebo Ave, Eugene, OR 97402). A small group of friends and family will gather afterwards to celebrate her at her home.

The family would like to thank the dear neighbors and friends who provided rides to medical appointments, brought in food, and made many loving phone calls in her final years.
