Our beloved father, David Tooker, passed away from natural causes on October 22, 2021. He has joined our wonderful mother, Joan Tooker, in heaven. She was the love of his life. Dad was born in Sioux City, Iowa and served in the air force for four years during the Korean War. He was an incredibly kind man, with a strong faith in Jesus Christ. He touched many lives with his loving kindness and wisdom. Dad is survived by his two sisters, Roberta Mansfield and Marsha Hallett; his four daughters, Dianne MacMillan, Lisa Dilley, Carol Williams, Sheryl Tooker-Dilley; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He will be remembered as an incredible husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was loved by all. His presence will be greatly missed. The family plans to have a Celebration of Life Ceremony on May 21, 2022. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project or other charities that support our veterans. Arrangements entrusted to Springfield Memorial Funeral Home.
